Cancellations

The cancellation deadline is 3 days from the date you purchased the service or subscription.
How to Cancel

Refunds
We will reimburse you no later than 3 days from the day we receive your cancellation request, provided you meet the eligibility conditions outlined below. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless mutually agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees for the refund.
Eligibility for Refunds
The service was purchased within the last 3 days.
You have not availed of any significant portion of the service, such as consultations, curated guidance sessions, or immersive experiences.
Any digital materials provided as part of the service are not downloaded or used.
Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
Personalized career or college admission plans that have already been delivered.
Services where guidance has been provided in live or recorded sessions.
Any materials or content that have been downloaded, accessed, or utilized.
Services delivered as part of promotional offers or discounts.
Conditions for Refunds
FyrisLinc reserves the right to decline refund requests for services that do not meet the following conditions:
The service must be within the refund period as stated above.
There should be no evidence of significant utilization of the service.
Process for Refunds

Purchase date
Description of the service
Reason for the refund request
Gifted Services
If the service was marked as a gift when purchased and provided directly to you, any refund will be issued as a gift credit for the value of the service. The gift credit will be emailed to you after the refund is processed.
If the service was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order sent to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
